- Potential customers in the dealer’s city will be directed to the dealer location.

- Marketing Incentives: Co-op advertising, showroom materials, and lead generation assistance.
3. Dealer Requirements
- Business Model: The dealer must:
- Own a construction-related retail store OR
- Open a branded Viva Cabinets location in their city.
- A one-time Investment in local brand positioning and marketing program for the first 3 months. A total of $3500
- Showroom Commitment:
- Dealers must purchase and display 10–20 linear feet of cabinets at contractor pricing.
- Marketing Investment:
- Dealers must contribute $1,000 per month to local marketing, fully managed by Viva Cabinets LLC's marketing team. Starting in the third month after becoming a Viva Cabinets Local Authorized Dealer.
- Customer Service Standards:
- Viva Cabinets LLC reserves the right to replace a dealer if they fail to follow company procedures or if negative customer reviews damage the brand.
- Approval Process & Financial Commitment:
- Application approval is required before becoming a dealer.
- A signed authorization form is required for future cabinet orders via credit/debit card.
- After acceptance, an order for a cabinet display must be placed.
- The local brand positioning marketing program investment must be submitted.
